Editorial Design & Book Art Direction
Kapitan is a large-scale biographical publication about Yuri Radzievsky, a prominent advertising executive whose career connected Russia and the United States.
I designed the book from concept to final layout, working with an extensive family archive and several thousand photographs, documents and historical materials. The publication includes more than 500 pages and was produced in both Russian and English editions.

The main challenge was to transform decades of personal history, professional milestones and archival material into a coherent visual narrative. I developed the overall design system, chapter structure, typography and image composition, creating a distinctive editorial language that works consistently across hundreds of pages.
The Result
The result is a comprehensive bilingual biography and collectible book edition, combining personal archives, documentary material and visual storytelling into one cohesive publication.
